Jing concepted and created the Cleveland Yoga brand 20 years ago, returning to reimagine it for a bold new era. Over 18 months as a dedicated coach she effectively launched deep-dive executive and operational strategy, leading weekly and quarterly team sessions. The impact: Re-energizing company culture, community engagement, and brand evolution. The results: Best Yoga Studio 2024 Reader’s Choice and clean sweep wins for Cleveland Magazine’s “Best of CLE” and “Best of the East.” Relaunching classes to pre-Covid numbers and crossing a milestone 10K+ strong on social media with expanded press coverage and key brand partnerships, Jing helped to elevate the studio’s digital marketing with fresh new photography and lifestyle video campaigns. From revamping CY’s signature and NEO’s only 200-HR Teen Teacher Training – doubling scholarship applicants and mentoring CY’s teen interns – Jing helped to strategically position Cleveland Yoga for successful acquisition by Canada’s Power Yoga Collective. Jing reignited the spirit of Cleveland Yoga through brand and story evolution, proving when culture and community align with intentional coaching and creative direction, a 360° RESET can rewrite a company’s 20-year legacy, leadership, and next chaper as an enduring powerhouse brand to emerge stronger than ever.
