Teaching Business. Inspiring Hope.
JA Worldwide
Jing was an Entrepreneur-In-Residence for Hope Heroes, partnering with visionary educator and Harvard Business School Club Award leader Greg Perry through Beachwood High School’s Junior Achievement / Marketing program. Mentoring 120 rising leaders from 10 area high schools over the last 4 years, Jing co-led initiatives breaking fundraising records three years in a row. In 2025, Jing led brand and story strategy mentoring 40 student entrepreneurs from 10 high schools, coaching and helping to raise $250K+ to expand therapy and facility dog programs with the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, MetroHealth, and Akron Children’s Hospital. From funding clean water projects for the Great Lakes, donating 2,000+ Medi Teddy IV bag covers for critically ill children nationally, to collaborating with international artists from South Africa with District Gallery, students learned to craft winning pitches - speeches, build confidence through speed networking, and design digital marketing + media strategies while launching their LinkedIn profiles. Blending breakthrough fundraising, record sales, influencer and press partnerships with AI-for-Good innovation (including student-built GPTs), Hope Heroes is JA’s most successful global youth-led initiative for social good entrepreneurs
